Five Axis Processing Machine

In order to maximize the features of the 5-axis/combined processing machine, NC data is created and processed from 3D CAD data. For example, some parts which were traditionally two parts have been integrated into one. Now, processing using only one part is possible, contributing to cost reduction.

Vertical Machining Center

This machining center has a main vertical axis. Control by an orthogonal 3-axis is possible. In addition, it is equipped with an automated tool changer (ATC). Each has an index table (A shaft) and can process cylindrical objects.

Large Horizontal Boring Floor Machining Center

Suitable for processing large workpieces. We also have universal attachments and face plates, and can handle various types of processing.
